I went through your patreon to find where you had posted this for free previously and read it again when i first opened the email, but this time i listened to you read it and while your words made my heart crack open with feeling each time, hearing them in your voice made me cry.
😊 I've spent some time since i first saw your video abt garden space and read the patreon posts trying to picture what it would look like for myself. I'm still not sure about the answers but i did remember that I'd used similar imagery in a song i wrote a bit ago except for my rather tangled and thorny emotions and thought patterns. Hopefully I'll be able to find what else grows in me as i learn to clear the overgrowth of unhelpful things.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful piece. I am very much in the early days of experiencing grief, but these days feel very much like caring for a tender sapling. Sometimes I feel like the tender sapling attempting to stay upright in the ever changing weather. Thank you a thousand times over. May you continue to keep one another <3
