Ismatu, I so appreciated the reminder in this of the *process* of thoughtful, analytical, critical reading. I've been in a habit of reading for escapism of late and I miss the feeling of good deep reading of a text. My copy of the Cate Manifesto recently arrived and I await shortly the arrival of a copy of Mutual Aid so that I might read them together, as companion texts, and write in their margins, and discuss them with my friends, and read them again to eke what more I can from the pages.
