I have also felt our need for guidance for a long time now and find things in my journals from years ago that are so relevant now. It makes so much sense that you are autistic too. I didn't realise until now how much I have changed myself out of fear of doing/saying the wrong thing. I know I'm a nice person, people tell me all the time. I only just realised I had to make myself that way because when I was younger I was constantly being reprimanded for doing things the wrong way, being too honest, or other things, it's still fuzzy. Thank you for reminding me of who I was before. Sorry if this is phrased badly it is 3am right now
