That’s awesome news, I’m glad this community is growing and open to whoever wants to learn. We are here because we care about you and we want to support you, not because we want ownership of your time. Anything you are able to share is such a gift, but I agree that this first draft space has taught me so much. Not only about the subjects but also about the act of learning in general. And I love how many kids are so excited to interact with you, so many of them truly have not heard any adult speak so freely from the constraints of the status quo and with such imagination and strength. Sorry for rambling but I am very grateful for the inspiration and support you have given to your community ❤️
that email was exactly right, because you’ve already created spaces, written words, etc, which are and will keep being irreplaceable and incredibly valuable. learning alongside you, reading and existing and being able to think in ways that don’t demand productivity or immediate fulfilment is really what it is to be human, with a little ‘h’. thank you for what you do, truly-- i hope this work and these spaces will always be to you what they are to so many of us.
As long as people continue to have the option to pay you more to receive the exact content you are also giving out for free (because you are precious, and you must be many steps away from dying of preventable disease)

i admire your commitment to distributing resources and value free of charge. However, i hear you entrenching yourself in noble poverty. I also recently lost my political mentor, and one of my closest friends. The hardest part is that we already walk the path laid for us by our leaders. We already know what we're going to do, because those with loving guidance took us by hand and made it so.
