substack has added an instant messenger feature! yes!!

this is my last hot line bling joke EVER bc this BBL joker made fun of Megan for being shot in the feet. fuck this nigga fr I have always found him a whiny ass rat bastard and I literally banned my club DJs from playing his smarmy tones on my stage sets. yuck. anyways.

Substack added an instant message feature and it functions exactly like discord. thank GOODNESS it was so needed. I’ll post updates about where I am in my projects and essays, how I’m doing, and anything else we feel like shooting the breeze about. Rn we’re talking about what we’re currently obsessed with and things we’re looking forward to this weekend. Super helpful for book club too as I work through these texts.

If you are interested in book club, there’s a separate thread for that called Sunday Bookclub!!!! that’s where all thoughts, musings, and updates about meeting times and reading materials will be.

You need to download the Substack app if you want the chat (messages are sent via the app, not email). Turn on push notifications so you don’t miss a chance to join conversation as it happens. Or don’t. I respect not wanting to be notified about every little thing. however EYE will have notifs ON bc I’m obsessed with you people. I love this I can’t wait to talk to you all more!

i’m still working through everyone’s emails— I literally do write each and every person a hand written note when I email them back and so each email takes me like a half hour. But don’t think I forgot about you! I assure you I’m hacking away, slowly and surely. this is a fabulous way to engage with me that’s a lot more instant! I hope to hear from you all!! <3
